Full Job Description
- You will be responsible for the efficient running of production lines within a Line, reducing lost production time by keeping repairs and breakdowns to an absolute minimum.
You will need to be competent in problem solving skills in a process environment, ideally with experience in 5 core TPM Skill. - You should be competent in monitoring and operating equipment, identifying and responding to faults as they occur.
- You will have a proactive, logical approach to your duties and be process/mechanically minded. You will have a hands-on and practical approach to your work, along with a great can-do attitude.
- It is essential that you can work as part of/or to lead a team - delivering compliance in safety, quality, cost and delivery.

We currently have an opportunity for 3 Technical Operators within our Nescafé Filling & Packing Department, based at our state-of-the-art production plant in Tutbury.
This area of the factory plays a key role in our production operations and product lifecycle and is one of the final stops on the journey to the customer.
You will be utilizing our world class machinery to package our brilliant Nescafe products. You will play a key role in ensuring quality standards are high, whilst operating in a safe and controlled manner.
