The postholder will be required to work on a lending counter, issuing and receiving a wide range of musical instruments and equipment, such as amplifiers and microphones. Offering troubleshooting support to users of equipment and the facilities around our campus.
Applicants will be educated to A level standard and will have experience of working in a customer-facing role. You will have a working knowledge of a range of musical instruments and equipment and will be confident in identifying items correctly. You will have experience of working with IT systems and a strong customer service ethos.
