Technical Product Manager

Job Description: Job Title Technology Product Manager Location London Corporate Title Director eDiscovery Services and Archiving Technology is a sub domain of the Chief Information Office Corporate Functions (CIO CF), which is part of the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) division. The domain supports the retention, preservation, and retrieval of electronically stored information to enable Deutsche Bank (DB) to meet its Compliance and Legal obligations. You will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the domain and sit in the Archiving Technology Team, which designs, implements, and operates solutions that enable the organisation to retain data and records required to comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates. You will be responsible for leading the management of our cloud archive(s), driving product vision, strategy, and execution in partnership with Engineering. and roadmap, and execution in line with business and technology goals Collaborating with other Product Managers, Development Leads, Architects, and Data Governance functions Collaborating with stakeholders across TDI and the divisions to gather requirements, and feature requests Driving the development of technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs and comply with architectural principles and guidelines alongside legal and regulatory requirements to ensure that the needs of the bank and the client are consistently met Your skills and experience Experience with managing enterprise solutions Strong management, communication, and influencing skills Comfortable in the details as well as driving strategy Data Management background preferred Experience leading large technology teams (direct or matrix) Passionate about quality, able to lead and inspire How we'll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Flexible working to assist you balance your personal
