Full Job Description

Data informs every decision at Lime, and technology enables all operations at Lime. As a Technical Program Manager within the Central Operations organization, you will be at the intersection of data, product, and operations. As part of City Success, you will be focused on solving industry problems that have never been solved before, heavily indexing on data and automation to drive scalable solutions for the business.,

  • Build and maintain scalable operational business solutions, focused on complete end-to-end process centralization and automation.

  • Partner with Data Science to integrate new datasets from various sources into a unified, coherent data model that supports analytics and reporting.

  • Partner with Product to drive innovative and industry-leading operational solutions through standardized process and data.

  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

  • Meet with key internal operations customers, to gather continuous feedback and better understand unique problem statements and requirements.

  • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and data interpretation, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Be a champion for Lime's city customers, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, to ensure program commitments and requirements are continuously met.

    5+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with experience automating complex business processes at large-scale.

  • A master in writing efficient SQL, with expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Scripts Python).

  • Ability to use data to frame business questions, translate business needs into strategies, and implement tactics and process improvements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to influence a diverse stakeholder audience (Local Operations, Product, Data Science).

  • Analytically minded with the ability to assess project performance and financial viability.

  • High tolerance for ambiguity with a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components
