TAKE ON OUR NETWORK EXPANSION Our Shared Rural Network Programme team are the ones responsible for expanding our network into new areas. Grow your potential as a Technical Project Coordinator Apprentice and join them in making connectivity available to more and more people, earning £30,000 whilst doing it. Make things happen As an apprentice, you'll join the team that focuses on delivering the Shared Rural Network programme, a government led initiative involving all 4 major network operators - Virgin Media O2, Three UK, Vodafone and BT EE. This impactful programme focuses on connecting rural areas to the rest of the world through a reliable network. Join us in an apprenticeship role and get involved in the end-to-end delivery of this project, getting hands on in all areas. Day-to-day, you could be:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing projects Setting up and leading meetings whilst accurately recording actions and outcomes Following up on agreed actions to
  • ensure completion as to not delay other projects
  • Reporting on delivery costs and providing evidence-based justification for management approval Providing updates and reporting on progress of projects to internal and external partners

This role will be based in our Wythenshawe office for approximately 10 months. We are relocating our offices to central Manchester, so successful candidates should be comfortable travelling to central Manchester after this period. The other stuff we are looking for We're looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals that aren't afraid to challenge our ways of working. In this role, you'll be balancing various tasks at once, so it's important you can effectively multitask. You'll also be working with other networks, the wider business, government agencies, and more, so effective communication is key. Other qualities we'd like to see include:

After 12-months in the scheme, your salary will raise to £33,000 with salaries upon successful completion starting from £40,000.
