Full Job Description

  • Facilitator to our project teams, enabling them to achieve project goals
  • Support inclusive and open project working
  • Manage risks, opportunities and expectations, ensuring technical leads and internal stakeholders are consulted
  • Contribute to proposals for new projects and identify additional project opportunities
  • Work with other project managers to balance the workload for all
  • Comfortable communicating effectively and sensitively at all levels within the business, Office: Standard office equipment; work usually performed in an office or site laboratory setting
  • Estimated 10% travel requirement
  • Standard weekly job hours: 37.5 hours

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Participation in activities as part of our corporative responsibility program Watermark, Please note that this a senior-level role, so proven experience of managing technical R&D projects is essential
  • Technical or Scientific degree or background and experience
  • Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Project Management qualification(s) are desirable but not essential
  • Experience of project management tools and methodologies would be an advantage however this is not as important as the correct approach to complex challenges

As a Senior Project Manager, you will find yourself responsible for delivering a broad range of technical projects internally and for our external clients.
