Technical Project Manager - Fixed Income Technology We are expanding our Fixed Income Quantitative Technology team as we build out our next generation of in-house analytics and trading applications and as we support a growing Fixed Income business. Our team faces-off to Portfolio Managers - trading Rates, FX, Credit and Mortgages - and to the Fixed Income Risk Management and Business Management teams. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work closely with our analytics team and multiple stakeholders to drive initiatives and deliverables forward Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation to closure. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, Business Managers, Project Managers and Technology teams to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Collect, analyze, document and breakdown requirements to actionable projects and tasks. Ensure adherence to quality standards and perform acceptance testing. Facilitate cross-team collaboration

coordinate cross-functional efforts, drive prioritization and technical alignment. Proactively track progress, risks, issues and dependencies. Manage stakeholders' expectations and communication. Identify and drive process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field in STEM. Experience managing projects (3+ years). Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration / Delivery tools & practices, project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence). Experience with requirements management and system design. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving project goals. Detail-oriented, organized, demonstrating thoroughness and strong ownership of work in a fast-paced environment. Additional ways to stand out
Background in Software Engineering. Experience working with any of: Cloud Technologies (AWS), Microservices, gRPC, Build & Release Pipelines, C++, Java. Professional certification in Project Management. Domain knowledge: Financial Markets, Quantitative Engineering within Fixed Income, Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX.
