This is NOT a remote position. This position is expected to report for work at the dedicated office in the city listed, together with the rest of the team. Technical Project Manager - London, UK About IOActive: Founded in 1998, IOActive is a trusted partner for Global 1000 enterprises, providing research-fueled security services across all industries. Our cutting-edge security teams provide highly specialized technical and programmatic services including full stack penetration testing, program efficacy assessments, and hardware hacking. IOActive brings a unique attacker's perspective to every client engagement to maximize security investments and improve client's overall security posture and business resiliency. What you'll do: As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at IOActive, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing our collaboration with the client. You will serve as the primary POC, ensuring clear and timely communication with the client.

  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with client's PoCs, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Project Oversight: Possess a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing activities within the projects from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with Supplier leadership, other vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure they are informed on anything critical to the project.
  • Program Management: Manage the overall engagement program, work closely with other TPMs, the Team Lead, and designated Workflow and Regional Leads.
  • Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Data Analysis: Provide data for reporting purposes and generate meaningful metrics to assess project progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • IT security knowledge is a strong plus. You will also be an interface with the Vendor Manager and client FTEs, ensure team wellness and provide necessary support.

  • 3-5 years or more of relevant work experience in a high-paced, enterprise consulting environment
