Full Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst with a solid background in development and recent full-time experience in project management or business analysis., Project and Team Management :

  • Manage and oversee multiple engineering teams, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.

  • Organize work into backlogs and manage task assignments to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Build and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Able to promote SCRUM and Agile practices.


    • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather project requirements and understand the scope.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.


    • Technical Competency :
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Azure and Infrastructure as Code principles.

  • While less hands-on, provide technical oversight and ensure the team adheres to best practices.

  • Working with Solution architects to determine what tasks need to be completed


    • ServiceNow and ITIL Process Management :
  • Utilize ServiceNow for project management and tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including raising changes and requests, and addressing related queries.


    • Process Definition and Improvement :
  • Define and implement processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Documenting process and procedures for other business areas to feed into.

  • Work towards establishing a factory-like approach to project execution as a long-term goal.

    The ideal candidate should have some technical competency in Azure and Infrastructure as Code, with a proven ability to manage and assemble high-performing teams., Proven experience in project management or business analysis, with a background in development.

  • Demonstrated technical competency in Azure and Infrastructure as Code.

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and ITIL processes., Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and team members.

  • Ability to manage and lead multiple teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to define and improve processes, aiming for operational excellence.


    • Desirable Certifications :
  • Any Azure Certification above foundation level (excluding AZ900)

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP)
