Focus on maintaining our nimble, agile and entrepreneurial culture, This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join an established and highly successful team on an initial 6-month FTC period. We have ambitious growth plans in place, so are looking for a well-rounded technical talent specialist to come on board and help drive direct hiring across our Technology, Engineering & Data capabilities.
You will work as part of an experienced internal talent team and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a varied, exciting, and demanding role where you will be required to build strong relationships with both candidates and senior business stakeholders alike. What will you be responsible for?

Developing and delivering against slick and successful end-to-end hiring campaigns.
Strategically partnering with various Technology leaders within the business; identifying and owning their hiring needs in an ever more competitive marketplace.
Further developing brand awareness of Capco whilst playing a key part in ensuring we are an attractive employer of choice for candidates through various social media channels.
Being a true champion of recruitment data when it comes to reporting & MI up to Partner/Exec level.
Bringing a respected and valued opinion to the table as a SME in your business area.
Promoting Capco as an employer of choice., You will be directly responsible for hiring talent to work with some of the largest banks and insurers in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.

Coming from a strong technical recruitment background is essential. Where this experience comes from isnt as important though; were open to both seasoned internal recruiters and people who feel ready to make the exciting step away from an Agency environment!
Strong understanding of at least one technical area of recruitment, be that Architecture, Data, Design (UX/UI), Engineering or Product.
Consistently solid delivery background within a direct hiring/sourcing model.
Slick and professional senior stakeholder management skills. This is a role where you will truly partner with individuals up to Head of/Partner levels within the business.
Excellent oral, written and email communication.
Effective time management and prioritisation skills you will thrive in an autonomous role where no one day is the same as the next.
Sourcing experience with a wide range of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
