Full Job Description

  • Strategic sourcing methods by utilising advanced tools and techniques to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates, particularly for Technology and Data business units. Focusing on contributing to the development of comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with team goals.
  • Deep knowledge of market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Horsefly and web-based researching techniques to deliver market insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Understanding of direct sourcing and talent research methods by using various channels and databases such as LinkedIn, online communities, social media profiles, competing companies and more, utilising search string and data mining.
  • Take an active role in guiding candidates through the recruitment journey. Ensuring a smoother and more personalised experience, actively addressing candidate needs. Always looking for ways to improve the candidate experience.
  • Contributing insights to enhance existing sourcing methodologies and adopting more advanced technologies. Drive continuous improvement in the team's sourcing practices.
  • Utilising a strategic approach to gain a deeper understanding of organisational goals. Ensuring sourcing activities are closely aligned with broader strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration at this level extends to mentoring junior team members, actively participating in team development initiatives, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment., Tech and Data recruitment - Experience in tech & data sourcing and recruitment in a large complex environment.
  • Advanced external sourcing - Build and implement sourcing strategies that can deliver high quality candidates at pace and volume. Develop a robust network within the industry for proactive talent identification. Lead initiatives to diversify candidate pipelines for better inclusivity.
  • Stakeholder Management - Lead multiple partners with contending priorities. Able to talk to the demand and supply data to provide updates to collaborators. Able to navigate and resolve conflicts with collaborators independently. Demonstrate the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience - Understand the needs of the candidates and provide a fiction free recruitment journey. Always looking for ways to improve the candidate experience by demonstrating data and anecdotal evidence.
  • Data and Reporting - Strong data and reporting skills to handle collaborators and chip in to weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. Can identify blockages or areas of potential improvement from the use of data.
  • Business Acumen - Has an understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics. Aligns recruitment strategies with broader strategic objectives. Participates in discussions about workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy. Supplies insights on how recruitment impacts the organization's bottom line.
  • In-house recruitment - Experience in in-house recruitment to support the business to understand process, policies, and intricacies of the recruitment system through the journey of sourcing screening, interview and offer.
