Full Job Description

This role involves managing smaller projects to support the region's growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of projects.,

  • Manage and oversee smaller projects from inception to completion.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Provide technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with standards.

  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Representative who possesses appointed person qualifications to join our team in Wakefield., Appointed Person (AP) qualification from ALLMI, CPCS, or NPORS

  • CPCS qualification or diploma in lifting operations

  • Completed IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications/training

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction or modular building industry.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and resolve technical issues.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

    Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
