Technical Sales Advisor

£24,610 + Bonus

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Hemel Hempstead (HP2 7BJ), you’ll be responsible for:  

• Being a point of contact for customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.

• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

• Keeping up to date with technical product information and latest products.

• General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Merchant experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided

• Strong experience in retail sales and customer service experience would be advantageous

• A strong work ethic eager to learn and contribute in a small team environment with the flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00 noon p[aid as overtime.
