Full Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to join our Technical Account Management (TAM) team in Manchester city centre. Youll manage the relationship and customer service that we provide to our retailers, technical partners and OEMs (manufacturers).
The primary focus for our Technical Service Managers will be driving customer success, improving the customers journey with our digital products, and adding value. This is a new role in the team that will perform regular performance reviews with our partners, ensuring we are delivering our product - AT Connect.
Our partners use AT Connect to exchange information and integrate applications to access our data. We have a suite of APIs that allow customers to utilise stock valuations, vehicle data, taxonomy, and much more. You will need to understand APIs, coordinate with other internal teams to deliver solutions, and produce reports on our service and continuous improvement for our partners.
Similar to an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, you will spot risks and opportunities as part of your service reviews. Its important to address our performance too, so any integrations incidents will form part of your conversations. You will have a wealth of data at your fingertips, so it would be up to you to interpret that data to produce presentations that are easy to digest.
This is a proactive role that will be the face of the TAM team externally. There will be occasional travel included nationally for when a customer would benefit from a face-to-face meeting, otherwise you would be presenting on Teams.
What were looking for

Proven background managing accounts in a relationship building role
Experience working with customers to embed products and improve engagement and performance
Experience interpreting information/data and building engaging presentations
Basic understanding of how businesses interact via SaaS, RESTful APIs or SFTP
Problem solving skills and a passion to provide solutions and improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to handle a varied workload (calls, emails, project work)
