Technical Services Administrator

To provide administrative support to Technical Services department. You are expected to conform to product, quality, legality procedures as detailed by your line manager.,

• Generation of customer specifications for Asda, Morrison's, Co-op, Tesco, M&S, Aldi, Waitrose & JS.
• Checking and approving artwork on customer websites for Asda, Morrison's, Co-op, Tesco, M&S, Aldi, Waitrose & JS.
• Contacting suppliers regarding raw material specification queries.
• Calculating ingredient declarations using NPD recipes
• Other duties as required
  
  Computer literate
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of customer specific needs
• Knowledge of food regulations and FIC
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to multi-task to tight deadlines.
• Able to prioritise and plan workload to achieve required targets.
• Self-motivated.
• Reliable, conscientious.
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Driving license and car
Qualifications:
• Food safety Level 3 - preferred
• Internal Auditing Training
• HACCP Level 3 - preferred
• Understanding of retailer Code of Practice & BRC requirements
• Previous food industry experience
