Full Job Description

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Technical Services Supervisor to join our team working at our prestigious client sites in central London.

In this role you will ensure the safe operation and repair of all M&E, building services and fabric equipment on-site. Offering a wide and varied scheme of work & development opportunities this is an excellent chance for you to join Sodexo and showcase your skills.

Alongside the team you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on various electrical and mechanical building services equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

In addition to this you will have responsibility for instructing & supporting the engineering team, managing sub-contractor activity, providing administrative support to the Technical Services Manager, and undertaking training and mentoring of the team.

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

City and Guilds/NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 qualifications in Electrical.

Proven experience in a similar role

Experience in PPM, reactive, and installation work.

Proficiency in MS Office and PDA usage.

Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Experience in operating BMS.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
