Technical Specialist II

In this position, you will manage and develop long standing client relationships, with an intense focus on exceeding client expectations and driving service delivery. You will have a hands-on approach to service and deliver value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer problems. Responsibilities:

• Provide contractual service and assist customers with problem solving support regarding the Company's products/applications/solutions.
• Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
• Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals.
• Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise.
• Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.
