Full Job Description

  • Manage customer database including adding/editing customers.

  • Processing client information for ongoing website transfers.

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries by phone/email.

  • Manage projects with developers such as assigning tasks and monitoring development work.

  • Discuss products with customer & dealing with any changes.

  • Creating statistical reports for client websites.

  • Dealing with customer email issues

    Fluent spoken & written English

  • Good people skills (Spoken & on the phone)

  • Project Management Skills

  • Communication Skills

  • Ability to work well on your own or as part of a team.
