Full Job Description
- Manage customer database including adding/editing customers.
- Processing client information for ongoing website transfers.
- Dealing with incoming enquiries by phone/email.
- Manage projects with developers such as assigning tasks and monitoring development work.
- Discuss products with customer & dealing with any changes.
- Creating statistical reports for client websites.
- Dealing with customer email issues
Fluent spoken & written English - Good people skills (Spoken & on the phone)
