Full Job Description

As our Technical Support Advisor, you would provide our customer with advice on products as well as supporting them with technical queries. This is an exciting and fast paced role which allow you to grown and develop by providing the best service to our customer as well as developing your technical knowledge of our products. You would also:

  • Managing technical queries and supporting Technical Support Manager
  • Live Chat support
  • Managing system concerns and working alongside Internal comms/trade/order entry teams
  • Answering the phone to handle customer queries and additional support where required
  • Assisting with 'In Office' KPI's and SLA's

    Has previous experience in a technical role.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines with a strong determination to solve problems and resolve queries
  • Good team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively
