Technical Support Engineer

This role would be perfect for Early-Career Engineers or Degree Apprentices who are looking for a step up and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working closely with a Design Management Team on a high-profile project. The responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer will include:

Providing support to the Design Management Team, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering project scope.

Assisting in a variety of technical administration tasks, including desktop research and field visits to collect data.

Monitoring engineering processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Compiling, analysing, and publishing reports for management with insightful commentary.

Developing solutions to technical challenges and applying engineering principles under guidance.

Contributing to Information Management and BIM (Building Information Modelling) areas, ensuring smooth integration of BIM principles.

Maintaining and managing documents using SharePoint and other document management systems.
