Full Job Description

  • Offer technical support for the full range of PDX products.

  • Maintain accurate records of all technical complaints and enquiries; in-line with quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Investigate complex and non-complex technical queries.

  • Provide technical solutions to customers/ subsidiaries/ distributors and advise on the best course of action for complaint investigations following discussions within the business.

  • Able to work independently, seeking advice from colleagues and raising issues when unsure of the action to take.

  • Provide a timely resolution to answering customer queries within a defined time period while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with a range of departments within the company to resolve customer issues quickly and to the highest possible quality.

  • Make informed decisions on quarantine and correction of company products.

  • Meet Key Performance Targets as set by the Department Manager.

    A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in life science related field or equivalent experience., Experience in a technical customer-facing role in a health or science related industry.

  • Experience/knowledge of the in vitro diagnostics industry.

  • Clinical laboratory experience - desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with changing priorities.
