Full Job Description
Under limited supervision, responsible for providing effective and efficient technical support for Leidos staff, customers and/or users, and ensuring the correct operation and maintenance of company equipment and products. The duties and responsibilities may change from time to time without notice and include but are not limited to the duties described below.,
- Provides Technical Support and may be required to attend escalations throughout EMEAI (will be required to work technical support out of hours)
- Performs installations, equipment maintenance and upgrades as scheduled or required.
- Leads the development, revision, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Investigate and takes ownership of complex technical issues in depth to provide a resolution and produce an RMA report.
- Complies with and composes all associated and relevant RAMS.
- Supports and has a close liaison with the Bedford training team.
- Manages, evaluates and records Technical Bulletin distribution and implementation.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications: MS Office, Windows Operating System and Linux. - Knowledge of electrics, electronic, electromechanical and mechanical assemblies as well as wiring diagrams, schematics, and complex digital and analog circuitry is required.
- Knowledge of complex mechanical systems, familiarity with test equipment (standard power tools, mechanical/digital measuring devices, multimeter, oscilloscope, and safety equipment)
- Must have excellent customer interface, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in a technical environment
- Experience with High Voltage and X-ray producing equipment preferred. Experience
- Previous experience in a similar working environment
- Wide ranging technical background Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Completion of a technical trade school or military training Other
- Clean Driving licence
- Full passport
- Ability to obtain airside pass with 5-years employment references attainable
- Travel of up to 50% may be required in the UK / internationally
- May be required from time to time to lift heavy weights and be able to work non-standard hours and travel weekends
- Able to commute to Bedford
