The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of machine learning, AI, and generative models and is skilled in simplifying complex concepts for a range of audiences. This role involves delivering interactive training modules, conducting hands-on workshops, and continuously updating content to reflect the latest advancements in AI. You will work closely with our training, curriculum, and technical teams to ensure our offerings stay cutting-edge and relevant.

1. Design and Develop Training Materials

- Create comprehensive, easy-to-understand training materials on machine learning and generative AI, including but not limited to deep learning, transformers, GANs, and diffusion models.

- Develop modules, presentations, exercises, and assessments tailored to various learning levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

2. Conduct Engaging Training Sessions

- Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

- Facilitate hands-on exercises that allow participants to implement models, understand underlying algorithms, and solve real-world problems.

- Foster a learning environment that encourages questions, collaboration, and experimentation.

3. Customize Training for Client Needs

- Collaborate with clients to identify specific training needs and goals.

- Tailor materials and sessions to meet industry-specific requirements, ensuring content relevance.

4. Stay Updated on AI/ML Trends

- Monitor industry trends and advancements, particularly in generative AI and machine learning frameworks.

- Continuously incorporate new technologies, libraries, and techniques into training materials, e.g., large language models, multimodal AI, and transfer learning.

5. Assess and Improve Training Effectiveness

- Develop assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to gauge participant comprehension and engagement.

- Use feedback and results to refine and improve future training sessions and materials.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred but not required.

Experience in machine learning, with specific experience in generative AI.

Training Experience: Proven track record of delivering technical training to diverse audiences, ideally within an academic or corporate setting.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks.

Proficiency with generative models, such as GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models, and familiarity with LLMs and transformers.

Practical experience with tools like Jupyter Notebooks, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and data science libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate participants' understanding, assess training effectiveness, and continuously enhance content.

Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt and tailor training content to different industries, skill levels, and learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).

Publications and Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects, relevant publications, or presentations at AI conferences.

Languages: Additional language proficiency is a plus, especially for trainers serving international markets.
