- Write and edit technical documentation
- Collaborate with content designers , product managers, and other team members to understand technical details and translate them into clear, concise content.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to users.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all technical documents in terms of style, tone, and format.
- Review and revise existing documentation to align with current product updates.
- Create visuals, diagrams, and charts to support written content when necessary.
- Conduct usability testing on documentation to ensure clarity and usefulness for the intended audience.
