Technician

We maintain and repair lifts of all types and manufacture, providing a full 24 hour, 365 day call-out service. As a Field Technician, you will be expected to;

• Provide technical support to Service and Repair engineers
• Investigate and repair faults on a wide variety of lifts. Repairs expected to be to a high standard
• Provide technical assistance to the repairs departments and support with training if suitable
• Identify areas of improvement and customer specific issues

• Extensive experience in Elevator and/or Escalator maintenance and repairs
• Demonstrable knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles
• Demonstrable experience of Elevator Codes and Standards applicable to the Elevator and Escalator industry
• National Vocational Qualification in Elevator/Escalator NVQ3 or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures and quality control to meet operational requirements
• You have, or willing to works towards acquiring National Vocational Qualification in Elevator/Escalator NVQ4
