Full Job Description
- Interpret instructions from the job card/repair orders, gather all necessary information and part to complete the repair
- Completing road tests and sign off necessary warranty repairs
- Accurately record work done, and tests carried out and immediately report any further works required or vehicle faults
- Liaise with customers on technical/product matters
- Keep up to date with the most recent changes in technology & techniques
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - EV and HV experience
- 2 years minimum as a qualified technician
- Full manual driving licence
- Must have own tools
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: OTE up to £41,500 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30, alternate Saturday 08:00 to 12:30, We are incredibly thrilled to announce that Norton Way Group has achieved Great Place to Work Certification 2024.
