Full Job Description

As a Technician in the Modern Workshop for our current vehicles, you'll be instrumental in delivering a premium service to our customers. You will be required to carry out routine servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, complex diagnostic work, and report findings to our Gaydon HQ and engineering teams using different IT platforms. It is essential you have a logical approach to all work to achieve efficient results.

We provide superb working conditions, the workshop is immaculately clean, well lit, and equipped with all special tools required. You'll work with a range of luxury Aston Martin cars where no two days are the same, this is not a standard technician role. You will cover a range of diverse tasks, including retail, warranty, and internal work.

You will need to be a confident, self-starter, calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset. You'll have exceptional communication skills and the confidence to carry out all work. You'll have excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Experience working in a similar environment with a luxury brand.

  • PC literate

  • High quality of workmanship

  • Level 3 City and Guilds (minimum)

  • Full clean driving licence.

    The set working pattern for this role is Monday - Thurs 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15:20 with an expectation to be site-based (Newport Pagnell) 100% of the time due to the nature of the role.
