Full Job Description
- Oversee UK enterprise applications and software development activities to ensure operational efficiency and support.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers to maintain service quality and timely resource access.
- Develop and implement technology strategies in collaboration with the CIO and Group technology teams.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot new technologies, ensuring smooth deployment to the wider business.
- Drive integration, automation, and data extraction initiatives to enhance business decision-making.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Innovate by reviewing emerging technologies and proposing solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Engage with stakeholders, serving as the key liaison between IT, senior leadership, and business units to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and proactively mitigate risks associated with technology integrations.
- Facilitate the adoption of new technologies through effective change management and collaboration with the PMO.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting to support decision-making and measure the success of technology deployments.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure project success
Experience in leading IT support/development teams. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Data Factory, and Power BI.
- Strategic thinker with experience implementing vision into reality.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks. Desired: Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, or Catering industries, and knowledge of RPA tools like Blue Prism or UiPath.
