Full Job Description

We have exciting opportunities for Technology Asset Administrators to join our Technology Asset Team, who oversee the life cycle of the Groups 40000 plus IT assets. The successful candidates will be part of a small team of 4. The role of Technology Asset Administrator will Support the Tech Support department with administrative duties which include but are not limited to, ordering, tracking, processing deliveries and SAP confirmations, maintaining the Technology Stores, including regular stock takes and ensuring the area is kept clean, tidy and organised.

The role of Technology Asset Technician will include:

- Overseeing the daily incomings and outgoings of IT assets, ensuring all asset details are recorded
- Providing technical expertise and resolve escalated customer queries effectively, to ensure delivery of services within service standards and customer satisfaction
- Managing, supporting, analyzing and responding to customer demand to help improve Technology services, including liaison with colleagues and suppliers to support improvements in systems and applications
- Liaise with all departments within Technology to manage the expectations of the customer
- Liaise with Finance to resolve issues and queries with departmental invoices
- Assist all Technology departments with the ongoing development and maintenance of an effective asset management processes and system, in accordance with audit requirements
- Maintain the efficacy of the Technology database records and processes, ensuring all data is recorded accurately and is accessible and as user friendly as possible in accordance with the processes
- Ensure that all Group sites are audited effectively and in accordance with processes to adhere to audit requirements
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all issues raised and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications
- Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives
- Liaise with 3rd Parties, e.g. recycling partners, hardware suppliers and printer maintenance Partner

Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
- Basic Microsoft Word and Intermediate Excel
- Experience in providing Technology customer support services
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Experience of troubleshooting complex technical queries
- Experience of liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues
- Experience of producing and maintaining documented processes and procedures, Disability Confident

- £26,982 per annum (rising to £28,402 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
