Technology & Innovation Internship

Are you a recent graduate? Do you have a passion for analytics, technology, and innovative AI solutions? We have an exciting 6-month internship opportunity that might be perfect for you!, In this role, you will support the delivery of key projects, work on data quality dashboards related to Talent Supply, monitor and improve the usage of our processes, explore new and alternative channels at a global level from a technical AI perspective, understand and analyse hiring trends for both external and internal hires, and collaborate with stakeholders including the Centre of Excellence, the Workday team, IT HR, and Talent Acquisition.

• Completed studies or a degree in a related field.


• Curious, self-initiated, and experienced in the area of interest.


• Early adopter of new technologies, especially AI/Chat GPT.


• Strong time management and communication skills.


• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.


• Knowledge of other languages (German, or French) is a plus.


• Understanding of business metrics and analytics.


• Ability to work with technology (not coding)
