Full Job Description

As an Information Systems Associate you will work on a variety of projects, supporting IT staff in managing applications and infrastructures using a wide range of technologies. You will Windows Operating Systems; at Desktop level, plus any other IT related Systems. You will also be responsible for completing maintenance and ensure all Incident or Service Request/Jobs are actioned as per the Service Level Targets., Working as a Services Consultant Associate you will assist with customers on the set-up and maintenance of their systems. You will be given full training in the configuration of SAP Concur and our support process. Working with a Consulting Mentor you will manage the customers' requirements getting experience in communications, working in a team, problem solving, solution design, support processes and exposure configuring a Cloud Based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and delivering world class service in a Business to Business (B2B) environment.

  • Good organizer, priority driven, and able to multitask to meet service priorities
  • Communicate effectively with good customer focus
  • Good technical configuration and troubleshooting skills with all Windows operating systems
  • Troubleshooting skills, ability to follow logical process to determine fault causes and follow to resolution
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point & Outlook, Communication -software, Programming skills, circuit design and robotics
  • Teamwork/collaboration: develop strong relationships with team to pool resources effectively when required; support other team member objectives, especially those that overlap with own
  • Student in penultimate year of university
  • Studying a degree from any discipline
