Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join our Technology Enhanced Development team to support the ongoing development of our Totara Learning Management System.
This role will take the lead on administration and compliance functions to ensure our Totara Learning Management System (LMS) is up-to-date and provides our staff with accurate records/reports on training and education and access to our full range of learning and development opportunities.
Previous candidates need not apply, The post holder will manage a small team of administrators and ensure that sufficient course capacity is available to enable our staff to maintain their mandatory and essential training compliance along with other opportunities to develop their skills. They will be responsible for providing accurate reports to support Managers and Subject Leads to maintain and improve training compliance. This role will suit someone who has an eye for detail and a passion for developing processes to ensure a streamlined and efficient service is provided by all members of the team. Good communication and excel skills will be key attributes.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the TED Team and wider Trust colleagues to maximise use of our LMS and contribute to further innovations of the system and TEL agenda.
