This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication across our organisation, enhancing service delivery and supporting clinical and administrative teams. It will also suit someone who has an interest in technology, as although this falls under an administrative role, this role sits within the wider Digital team and is not purely an admin role.

The main focus of this role is to act a second line support for any telecom related issue logged by our internal IT Service Centre, or via the self-service portal. This could be resolving issues with our VOIP system, or assisting our trust colleagues with a mobile phone or iPad query, installing applications via our Mobile Device Management systems, or liaising with our suppliers to resolve any issues that we are unable to. Other duties of the role include, ordering new equipment, managing current stock and processing any returned equipment. Internal training will be provided, but this role will suit those that have worked in a similar role or have experience in the stated areas.

If you are passionate about telecommunications and eager to contribute to the NHS's mission of providing exceptional care through effective communication, we encourage you to apply for the Telecoms Administrator position.
