Telesales Academy Executive

Allianz Trade are looking for their next Telesales Account Executive to join our Canary Wharf office. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager - South, you will be responsible for collaborating with Market Management, Distribution and Credit to build pool of prospects and secure qualified meetings for the Direct Sales team, to achieve monthly and quarterly appointment targets, and to support Direct New Business generation.

What you will do:

• Work with Market Management, Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Credit to build prospect lists


• To successfully execute and monitor phone based contact with prospect lists


• Develop, feed and maintain a pipeline of "hot" callbacks maintaining record of calls in CRM


• Make qualified appointments for Direct Credit Insurance Consultants to visit


• Follow up key conversations to develop the customers interest


• Make qualified appointments for Direct Credit Insurance Consultants to visit


• Develop a knowledge of trade credit insurance and sales knowledge to advance in to Telesales Executive


• Undertake Sales Apprenticeship training and field based experience


• Working with Business Development Managers to develop in to a sales executive in combination with Sales Apprenticeship


• Work to obtain accredited Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship

• Positive attitude and drive needed to succeed


• Computer literate with Microsoft skills
