We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product based telesales experience will be preferable and if some one is alraedy from hardwrare, security, door and window, tools, garden tools, DIY product , fixings, ropes, chain , double glazing etc - experince in sales will be an advantage, Qualifications:- Proficient in English - Excellent communication skills- Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
