• Convert incoming B2C inquiries to appointments for our field sales team.
• Work collaboratively with our field-based Sales Surveyors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges that our field sales team can then address.
• Be a lead generation champion, managing your own telesales call scheduling, you will identify and canvass hidden opportunities within our existing leads database.
• Complete daily systems report and occasional related business tasks., The role of Telesales Representative is fully office based Mon - Fri and located within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
