• Developing and managing your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through pro-active self-diarising and lead management.
• Analyse system generated lead reports, uncover valuable sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations.
• Utilise your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close sales on extended warranty packages.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively reporting any outstanding product related issues to our Service & Breakdown department, demonstrating exceptional customer service., The role of Telesales Representative is fully office based Mon - Fri and located within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
