Full Job Description

The Analyst, Total Rewards is responsible for analyzing, implementing and administering employee benefits and mobility programs across Europe and Asia while ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires the ability to effectively manage and report large amounts of data in order to develop budgets, track spend and reconcile accounts. The Analyst will need to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners and handle multiple tasks efficiently. A typical day might include;

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, meal voucher program and other related benefits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Manage invoices, vendor onboarding and Purchase Order (PO) process
  • Conduct financial analysis related to benefits programs, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on benefits costs.
  • Collaborate with the internal partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of benefits-related accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations related to employee benefits
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the administration of the global relocation and immigration program
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with international regulations.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in benefits administration, global mobility and/or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
