Temporary Administrative Assistant

At Willowbrook Mead Primary Academy, we have a position for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to cover maternity leave within our reception team. The hours are Monday to Wednesday 8.30am- 1pm - 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year., You'll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.
