Full Job Description
Sir William Perkins's School are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy HR Department. In this dynamic role, you'll support our recruitment process from start to finish, helping attract and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and staff. You'll collaborate with our HR Manager and departmental heads, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires in line with our Safer Recruitment Policy.,
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting ads, managing applications, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and prepare new hire documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate on employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, probation reviews, and exit management.
- Maintain up-to-date, secure HR records following GDPR guidelines.
GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English. - Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Sir William Perkins's School is a high-performing independent girls' school for approximately 600 students aged 11 - 18 years. The Head is both a member of HMC and GSA. It was founded in 1725 and is now on an attractive 12-acre site situated on the outskirts of Chertsey, a two-minute walk from the railway station and very near to the junction of the M3 and M25.
