Full Job Description

One Temporary Teacher Required to cover Placement of existing Teacher for two terms only from January 2025 to the end of August 2025. 27.5hours per week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our dedicated team of staff for two terms only, from January 2025 to the end of August 2025. This is a temporary contract to cover the placement of a Teacher. You will promote excellence in teaching and learning. Our school is a thriving community with wonderful children who love learning. Behaviour is excellent and there is a full pastoral team to support children with their emotional wellbeing. We are a three-form entry school with a large co-located Nursery School. Successful candidates will join a very supportive year group team and be provided with high quality induction, CPD and support. You will:

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of what constitutes high quality teaching and learning
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the commitment to work as part of a team
  • Be committed to ensuring high levels of achievement
  • Be committed to raising standards, Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring and background check
  • The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.
