Tenancy / property Administrator

( 20 Hours per week - flexible hours between 9-5 each Monday to Friday )

  Must be a People Person, with IT confidence and ability to self-motivate, and self-organise to meet required deadlines, driving Licence and Access to a Business insured vehicle would be a bonus but not essential.

  The Role -
  
• Undertaking Tenant Referencing to assess if tenant applicants are appropriate for a tenancy with AMRP, this involves chasing landlords and employers for tenant references, you may need to be determined and persistent to get a response! Do you have the energy to chase until you get what we need?


• Administer our Air BnB bookings, checking ID before arrival and being the point of contact for guests while visiting to ensure they have a great stay and any queries or problems they have are resolved swiftly.


• Returning calls made to our office out of hours while our phone lines are closed.


• Assist in the arrangement of for sale property viewings, liaising with the owner / tenant and potential buyer to agree an appointment.


• Attend properties becoming available for sale and attend to take photographs and a video tour in advance of properties being marketed for sale.

• Applicable Hourly rate - ( £12 - £15 Per Hour Depending on Experience )


• Mileage Allowance for miles travelled - If Applicable - Vehicle is not essential.


• Bonus / incentive Payment for every sale / Let - Up to £150 Per Sale, Paid on Completion and £100 Per New Let, Paid on Successful letting.
