Full Job Description

We support individuals experiencing mental health issues in both supported living settings and in the community, helping people build the confidence and daily living skills necessary for independent living. As a keyworker, you will work with individuals to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness, while also promoting positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting them in developing the skills needed for independent living.

If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!, You must have a 'can-do' attitude, be willing to go the extra mile, and be able to think outside the box. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping on our internal IT system. Whether working independently or within wider teams, you should be proactive and capable of making decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the individuals we work alongside to achieve positive outcomes and reach their goals.
