Full Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Tenant Voice & Engagement Administrator who will support Oceans approach to fostering a positive and inclusive community through tenant engagement. The role is part time covering 18.5 hours per week with a pro-rated salary of £11,714.50 per annum (FTE £23,492). The Tenant Voice & Engagement Administrator is responsible for organising tenant meetings, delivering engagement programmes and coordinating community projects. They will support complaint resolution and the execution of satisfaction surveys ensuring regulatory compliance. Some key responsibilities will also include:

  • Preparing agendas and coordinating tenant meetings, forums and focus groups along with taking minutes and ensuring productive discussion.
  • Support the Senior Tenant Voice & Engagement Coordinator with the creation and implementation of initiatives that encourage tenant participation in Ocean decision making processes.
  • Maintain effective channels for tenants to provide feedback, such as online through Have Your Say, Tenant Satisfaction Measures and direct communication lines.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of community development activities that enhance the tenant environment and improve satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with local organisations, charities, and stakeholders to support community initiatives and services. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating terms of collaboration, and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Support the Complaints and Compliance Co Ordinator as required to address and resolve tenant complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service. This includes logging complaints, investigating issues, and providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.

    You will hold GCSE or equivalent Level 2 qualifications A-C in English and Maths.
  • You will have administration experience including the production of accurate written correspondence and data entry and of using IT and computerised databases. You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, a commitment to engaging positively with diverse groups of people, minute taking and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently. You will be passionate about delivering and cultivating excellent customer service, work effectively as part of a team and have excellent organisational skills and work in a methodical manner.
