Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements Attend and support at customer meetings

Work with internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.

Provide support to the bid submissions team with regards to contract terms and conditions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Use digital platforms and tools to streamline contract management processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
