Full Job Description

To safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Maintain Health & Safety and hygiene practices.
Comply with health & safety regulations and fire policy. Report hazards to management,
Excellent customer care.
Preparation & cooking of hot & cold food products.
Preparation of cakes and scones etc.
Rotation of stock control.
Maintaining the Cleanliness & tidiness of the kitchen (Daily).
Maintaining presentation of the kitchen.
Report to chef manager or supervisor.
Carry out deep clean specified by the manager.
Maintain the kitchen tools and equipment.
Essential Requirement:

NVQ Level 2 in Catering.

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Catering Assistant based at our Willerby Grove Campus (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a part time basis working 20 hours per week, 38 weeks term time.
