Reports to: Gary Douglas, Regional Sales Manager

Travel: 80%
Summary:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing business within territories for continence care; covering Lancashire, Cumbria and Isle of Man.
Responsibilities:
-Execute the territory annual business plan (as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager)
-Deliver and exceed cycle sales objectives
-Provide feedback and progress to the RSM on all cycle objectives
-Provide continuous competitor feedback to the team and RSM
-Maintain up to date product knowledge together with new and current surgical procedures and practice
-Assist in new conceptual projects
-Monitor financial expenditure on cost and promotion against plan at territory level
-Be accountable for all company assets used on territory
-Produce timely reports as required
-Be responsible for maintenance of company records and associated materials and stock
-Manage and drive customer contact regarding call rate and frequency against target
-To manage all Continence Care sales in line with the business sales strategy and Continence Care business plan
-Develop solid business relationships within spinal unit
-Gain long term new patient referrals from Neurogenic and Urological therapy areas
-To manage and develop all appropriate accounts in order to achieve sales targets
-To establish, manage & develop a solid pipeline of new business
-To ensure all sales administration is kept up to date in-line with Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations entered in SFDC. Any additional administration to be agreed with your sales manager.
-To attend sales meetings (national, regional, and mid-cycle)
-To achieve call rates set by the company
-To maintain and develop own knowledge of marketplace
-Prepare information for territory business plan in accordance with the objectives agreed with the RSM
-To analyze the territory and determine a plan for the most effective coverage
-Contribute to QBR preparation
-Ensure sales aids, samples and literature are maintained in excellent order
-To understand the customer needs by demonstrating sales excellence and effective use of marketing tools to enhance practice
-Execute Customer satisfaction activities
-Drive Secure Start registrations and promote service offerings
Essential Functions of the Role :
-Must hold a valid Driving License

Education Requirements:
-Degree or evidence of equivalent academic achievement is highly desirable
