Full Job Description

We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive that will cover the vape channel in North West of England. The exact territory to cover will depend on location of the successful candidate but you should be commutable from one of the following areas: Manchester, Liverpool, Wrexham, Stockport, Preston, Blackburn. Your day to day You will be the 'Front Line', for our sales driven, Field Based Team. You'll work directly with Vape Retailers to educate, inform and support them in the sale of our portfolio of products. As a frontline Brand Advocate for PMI, you'll have excellent product knowledge and a real understanding of our Consumers. Your role will be to drive sales through collaboration and relationship building, enabling Retailers and Wholesalers alike, to maximise their profitability through the successful education and sales of our products. Gaining insights and a detailed understanding of your territory, you'll work closely with your Area Activation Manager to create a bespoke sales strategy, initiating ideas to sell our Brands. As part of a results focused team, you will support, inspire each other, and share strategies for success.

  • This is a sales role, with a deeper purpose. We're looking for someone who can motivate and encourage Store Staff and Owners to share our vision for a 'Smoke Free Future', and actively engage, coach and support them to be part of that vision.
  • To be truly successful, you'll need to be tenacious, resilient and determined. You'll thrive on the satisfaction of not only achieving, but exceeding targets…with rewards! You'll be comfortable with the agility of a demanding and evolving business.
  • You'll have experience in a Sales, or target driven environment, have the ability, to utilise supporting data and, be dedicated to keeping the Customer at the heart of your decision making. Experience in or a deep understanding of the Vaping industry is a nice to have but not essential for this role!
  • You'll enjoy being creative about your approach, with an entrepreneurial attitude to help build awareness for the brand.
  • Partnering with Retailers, you'll need the emotional intelligence to nurture genuine relationships through a business lens.
  • You'll have a clean and valid driving license (and will have held one for at least 12 months) and be based within a one-hour commute of your local territory or, be open to locating to the area. Right to work in the UK is required.
