Full Job Description

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for converting prospects., Face to face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, and electronically with international markets
Working with the Global Broking Team in all aspects of work
Excellence in broking through trust, credibility and strong market relationships
Client account management and administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable terrorism portfolio of accounts, including day to day care of clients' programme in a timely and accurate manner.
Electronically trading through PPL
Understand the clients' business and risk management needs, determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs
Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on account penetration and cross selling opportunities
Develop knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW
Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients
Deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, numeracy, and organizational skills for managing and interpreting complex data.
Industry Experience: Proven insurance market experience, preferably in London or international markets.
Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Ability to develop high-quality proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups, and collaboration with other producers.
Market Reform Contracts: Good working knowledge of Market Reform Contracts for insurance and reinsurance contracts.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Client & Underwriter Interaction: Experience in maintaining effective face-to-face and telephone communication with clients and underwriters.
Negotiation & Communication: Demonstrated track record of strong negotiation and influencing skills, along with excellent communication (written, oral, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Dynamic Team Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting, utilizing lateral thinking, initiative, self-motivation, and decision-making skills.
Service Delivery: Proven track record of delivering high levels of service.
Relationship Building: Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists.
Professional Integrity: Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.
Insurance Experience: Proven background in the insurance industry with relevant skills and expertise.
Specialization: Strong interest in developing specialization in the terrorism and political violence domain.
