Your Role & Resposibilities This role is focused on supporting Propulsion test systems activities within Test Engineering. Duties

  • Specify test equipment and design rigs for powertrain subsystems; engine, battery or motor to be installed in test facilities.
  • Setup data acquisition systems (e.g. PUMA, CP CADET, Horiba STARS or National Instruments) for data collection and advise on best practice.
  • Support troubleshooting activities within the test facility.
  • Technical support and guidance to staff.
  • Define, modify, and implement test processes.
  • Provide wider technical support towards the delivery of test projects.
  • Involved in company initiatives for future testing requirements

  • Able to work well as part of a team.
  • IT literacy in MS Office applications is essential.
  • Ability to influence the customer, senior management, and team members.
  • Relevant experience in the field of powertrain engineering gained within an OEM or academic or consultancy environment., Strong professional credibility
